BBQ Sauce fit for ribs, burgers, and even meatloaf. The star of this show is Jack Daniels Olde No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey, and the co-star is liquid smoke.
In saucepan, mix the Ketchup, Jack Daniels, Liquid Hickory Smoke and Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to a boil. Add all the other ingredients.
Turn down to a simmer and cook for 20 - 30 minutes. Taste to ensure the alcohol has evaporated. Once the taste is smooth it is ready. Allow to cool.
Place in an airtight container. This will keep in the fridge for a week or so. The sauce can be used immediately for your favourite BBQ sauce recipes.
