Quick Dinner Rolls

These biscuits are fluffy and creamy tasting.  They are simple to make, and will get two thumbs up from all who eat them.

Ingredients
Servings: dozen
Instructions
  1. Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to rise for ten minutes.
  2. Mix in other ingredients.
  3. Knead until elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled. Approx 1 hour.
  4. Form into buns place on greased pans. Let rise until light and fluffy.
  5. Bake at 325° for 16-20 mins.
  6. Brush butter on hot dinner rolls, turn out onto cooling rack. Serve warm.
